The building is a nice and convenient storage shed. It took one man about 10 hours to construct and I did not put the overhang on as I am using it as a chicken brooder. The construction was straight forward but there were parts where 2 people were necessary (the instruction manual tells you when this is necessary). Be careful as the edges of the metal building are sharp and can cut you easily. We live on a ridge and get periodic high winds. I will have to reinforce this building to keep it from blowing away, but that would be the case with all buildings like this. I will insulate and heat it as well, but the initial build was good and I am pleased with it being what it is. I would recommend it.

Overall, we're happy with the shed, but there are a few things buyers should know. The box arrived without any obvious damage, yet about 25% of the metal panels were bent. Thankfully, none were bad enough to prevent assembly, but the dents are noticeable both inside and outside. One pleasant surprise was the instruction manual. It was actually well written and easy to follow—something we don't say often! That said, the advertised 3-hour assembly time with two people isn't realistic. My husband and a friend who works in construction spent about 6 hours over two days putting it together, and they're both experienced. The finished shed is a nice size and seems sturdy overall. The pergola/overhang is smaller than it appears in the product photos, and one design flaw is that the middle of the side wall sags slightly because there's no horizontal support across that section. Time will tell how it holds up to South Florida heat, rain, and wind, but so far we're cautiously optimistic. If you don't mind a longer assembly and can overlook a few imperfections, it's a solid storage shed for the price.

This is a good shed and as any prepare to spend time to put it up. It is very roomy, has window and also a front door area. The difference in this one is the overhang that you can choose which side you would like it on. Pay attention to if you choose opposite side to put it than the directions because you now have to flip the directions to match. Not hard just a side note. The only down side we found was peeling the protective plastic from the metal panels. They took care to wrap them but a pain to peel off. It is large size and open inside. We are happy with it.
