Wasn’t bad putting it together. I think the assembly video can be edited to show more assembly steps and also maybe markpre-drill where some items need to go because I had to guess measurements and placement based on the video visuals. Also please include machine oil instead of empty bottle. Overall it’s worth what you are paying for it which is not bad at all.

Where should I start? This was a total disaster. The parts were delivered in 3 separate boxes and 2 of the boxes had a huge hole in it. That was the first red flag that this was going to be a disaster. Second there were no instructions. None! When I called to have them email the instructions, I was emailed a video, no a partial video on how to set up the table. So I had no way of knowing if all the pieces were there. The electric plug was not a US plug so I had to purchase a converter. Screws were missing so I had to purchase those. The thread guide was missing so I had to also purchase that. I finally got the machine put together but have not actually used it yet. I’ll add a second review I complete a project. I will say that the customer service from Wayfair was ver nice and sympathetic and gave me 25% off but, this was a total headache. I called at least 5 times and they tried to assist as best they could. So to wrap it all up! I would NOT recommend purchasing from this seller!

I was very happy buying this sewing machine but guess what there is no instructions to assemble it I'm very desapointed with this and I think this is a returned product because bags are open I don't know if every thing I'll need is in there I'm sorry but this is very umprofessional.
