My husband has always wanted a gun safe that wasn't too heavy but still gets the job done, and this one fits the bill. It's set up in his gun closet and holds his rifles with room to spare, and the separate locking top compartment is handy for keeping cases and accessories organized apart from the long guns. The keypad entry is convenient, and the whole unit feels solid without being a beast to move into place. It does exactly what we needed.

Pretty solid build it yourself safe makes it easier to move and once it’s assembled, it has a fair amount of stability with its weight. I will use it for an area that is already secure to keep frying fingers away as it is probably not intended for burglars that have time as it will be easy to defeat.

It has worked well and is very spacious, the safe is nice for the price and very much worth it!
