I am so shocked by these reviews. When I unpacked this "sound rack" I just burst out laughing....it is the perfect size for a childs room. It will fit maybe 5 books...LOL. The shelf is 9 inches wide...it fits almost nothing. My records don't even fit! Since I live out of the US, I will attempt to make this work in my pup area...it's the perfect size for my Shih Tzus. The 2 stars are because I overlooked the dimentions that were visible and just went by the photos...but for the cost, it is quite ridiculous! Pass if you can!
