It appeared to be a nice addition in my house. I tried to order, 3x … all 3x arrived broken in 2 pieces … each time, it didn’t even made it out of the box.

So sad! I was so excited for this after waiting months for it to arrive. It’s broken on both sides and almost appears to have been previously glued back together. Such a disappointment after the long wait and the cost of the ladder itself.

I would love to give this a 5. The ladder is so cute and exactly what I was wanting. The ladder comes assembled—there are two pieces that are attached in the middle. As others have stated in their review, the pieces are not joined well and in fact there is a small gap where you can see the screws. The ladder feels bendy in this spot. It will work for me though.
