Looks just like the pictures. It took about 1.5hrs to put together 1 of the 2 cabinets. I can fit 8-10 shoes in each row.

Install/Assembly was pretty easy however they included some hardware not even noted in the directions (causing some confusion, like what did I mess up) and then found out why this extra when I built the second shoe cabinet. On the inside you are to install a "drawer stopper" to keep the door from flying forward. The special pin / screw you have to use kept turning and ruined the hole they had. The extra hardware is to be able to replace this hole. Took a minute to figure that out. As for the size and what fits, yes my sandals and low ankle shoes fit perfectly (size 9.5 ladies) however my heels really did not. Basically shoes which had a "harder" back piece by the ankle. Also, YES there is a divider in the middle so you can have 2 rows of shoes in each "drawer" and I was able to work it out for MY size shoe. What I did not do was screw the middle piece in the drawer to lock them in place so I could adjust. I was unsure what would fit on top vs the bottom. Now my husbands shoes (Mens sz 12 & 13), the sandals did fit and his low converse BUT all his other shoes did NOT! The harder the material of the shoe, like mens dress shoes, just did not make the cut unfortunately. I will need to figure out something else for his as this really did not work :( I will suggest if you're putting adult shoes in this (due to the weight) to connect to the wall so it doesn't fall forward. We used Task Rabbit to have it assembled. They look and work great!

Just moved and it was super easy to put together and they look great and sleek! For both took about 3 hours in total, lots of parts but very easy once one is done!
