Absolute piece of junk. Spent 2 hours assembling only to realize there were missing screws & connectors and the cabinet shelves did not align flush. Also had wood chipping. Called customer service to return but because I am 7 months pregnant I was unable to lift and box the item for return and they refused to arrange a return pickup. Outside of this the product itself is completely non functional. Does not even fit 1 pair of shoes per row. Unfortunately I am now out my money spent and stuck with this awful item. Poor customer service and poor product. Would not recommend
