Completely Misrepresented Color & Terrible Customer Service I ordered this item because the photos and description clearly stated it was white. What I received was nowhere near white — it’s a completely different color (more like tan or beige), and it stands out in all the wrong ways in my space. When I contacted the seller, instead of owning up to the misrepresentation, they offered me a small discount to keep the item — completely ignoring the fact that I don’t want it. Now they’re giving me the runaround about how to return it, with vague responses and no clear instructions. This has turned into a frustrating and time-wasting experience. The product didn’t match the listing, and the customer service has been disappointing. I would not recommend buying from this seller unless you’re okay with surprises and poor support.
