These bins did arrive as advertised or pictured as the blue and white. I received bins that are gray and white. I called customer service to inform them I received the wrong colors and they would not resend me the blue or refund me without me re packaging and re sending the gray ones back first. They were also snagged. I informed customer service of this as well and after waiting on hold for 20 minutes they did not accommodate me in any way. In fact the woman on the phone told me they are blue and I must be looking at them in the wrong lighting. As a long time wayfair customer I’m very disappointed.
