The box was broken when it was shipped to me and two of the screws were missing. How do I return it

There is a lot of storage! I love that there are four lined drawers with divided compartments that keep earring pairs separated. The top that lifts up is a nice touch for studs and smaller earrings. The two side doors open to reveal hook rows and a ribbed pocket for necklaces and bracelets, and the elastic portion at the bottom is perfect for keeping everything in order without it getting tangled. The flip-up mirror is a nice touch for a quick check while getting dressed. I filled it easily with a full jewelry collection and still had room left in several compartments. The gold-tone hardware gives it boutique look that is cute, but I have issue with the construction and the leather wrap. Close up, the seams show gaps and puckering at several corners and edges, and it seems to be made with cardboard, if that is possible. It's really easy to bend and break. Great organization and a lovely look from afar, but low-quality construction.

The five-layer design offers plenty of storage without taking up too much space. I can finally keep my rings, earrings, bracelets, and necklaces neatly organized, and the side panels are perfect for hanging necklaces so they don't get tangled. The built-in mirror is a great addition for trying on jewelry, and the drawers glide smoothly. It looks beautiful displayed on my dresser and has made getting ready so much easier. If you're looking for a stylish, well-made jewelry box with lots of storage, I highly recommend this one. It feels much more expensive than its price.

This came damaged and it was gift for my granddaughters birthday! I’m very upset set and embarrassed! What are you going to do to make it right?!?!?!?

My daughter is so happy with this. It fits all her things
