I am truly shocked at how terrible this product is especially for the cost! Not only is this product made with extremely cheap particles board, but each piece has already been used because there are huge swirls and scratches from prior use beginning in the center and circling outward on every single round platform where the dividers sit and on the base. To make this even worse, the boards are warped and do not lay flat even after placing some 10lb barbells on top of them trying to flatten them out for a week. The last straw was learning that the area for each item is too small to fit all but the smallest of handbags, and my husband’s size 10 loafers and many of my sandals (size 8) will not fit in the space provided without hanging over and hitting the walls next to the tower. The box everything came in was also pretty beat up, and every single board was caked is dirty dust. I feel scammed because it is totally misrepresented in the ad, and I would send this back right now if I had a box to package it all back up in again. This is the worst item I have ever purchased from Wayfair. What a colossal waste of time and money.
