Product arrived with several chips and damages to different pieces. No instructions were included with the piece and customer support via telephone was incredibly unhelpful with processing getting a new guide. The “assembly guide” online is just a certificate stating what the product is made from, not a real guide. Wayfair should demand better of itself than to ship broken pieces with incomplete inventory. Once I figured out how to build it, minus the poor customer service, the actual shelf was fine. The product is closer to 4 stars but dang Wayfair… do better.

The main backing board was damaged in three places (near the corners.

Garbage. 2 corners dented and chipped. It’s supposed to hang but there are no holes or brackets to hang it on. Cheap mdf material

Cheap screws that stripped and hardware supplied not sufficient to mount the shelf. Described as adequate in description.

This cabinet arrive with two of the boards broken. I was not pleased with the quality of the product.
