Wrong item was delivered, and that shed that was delivered was badly damaged after taking it all out of the package and realizing it was the wrong one and the damage parts were not going to work now they want me to find boxes to fit it to mail it back in order to get a refund Not happy at all.

I think your customer sevice messages are lacking in correct information it took 7 days and Manny phone calls to finally get all of my shipment. I still do not know where my extended warranty is

Have yet to open the boxes yet. They all appear to be in good shape. We will know more as we put it together. I am very hopeful as this was a Christmas gift for my son’s family at his new house.

So the shed is absolutely beautiful and really nice actually. Pond assembly we are missing a key part though which I now have to wait over 2 weeks to get the replacement part. This leaves a huge opening in the partially assembled shed and could cause water damage or critters living within what is assembled. I am frustrated to have to find a way to prevent this until receiving the replacement part. This was a very reasonably priced shed but will be unfortunate if it takes on damage and has not even been able to be used yet

We haven’t put it up yet but we are looking forward to using this shed. It looks very nice and was delivered very quickly! Also a very good price although it has gone down in price since we purchased it!
