I was really disappointed in your customer service. To begin, it took me almost 10 months to get my order. I was told it was on back order at least twice and was postponed about 5-6 times before it was delivered. When I finally got to order my shed they said there were 2 sheds left so I had them order it that evening. Then a week later I received an email saying the shed was back ordered. I also tried to call your company and was left on hold for over 45 minutes 3 different times. Finally when I did get to speak to someone I asked to talk to a manager and she had me on hold for 20 minutes and came back and told me there was no manager available to talk to, they had left for the day, which was 25 minutes before closing time. She said she would have them call me back within the next couple days, which was July 2 and I never got a return phone call. Your customer service is inappropriate. Also, the price of the shed was reduced by $100 while we were waiting for it to be shipped but we could not get the price reduced. I believe your management area needs to be evaluated if you want to continue having a good company. The delivery company did a great job with letting us know when it would be delivered.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great shed for the price. Way more sturdy than anticipated especially after bolted down in concrete slab. Great storage space that's actually usable. Door opening was the selling point for us because of our mower being 60 inches. Would recommend.

Door warp and won't close when its a sunny day. Wish I had never bought this shed. Called customer service and the response was "plastic expanse when hot". I never would have known that without that great insight, to bad the person designing this didn't get that wisdom. Not sure if quality is just horrible post Covid (this was out of stock for over a year and a half) or I received a dud but ether way I wouldn't recommend this product from lifetime.
