[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just finished assembly of the 8.3 x 8.3 shed; there are a lot of small parts that take time to assemble. Actual on site installation requires a second person. The small screw fasteners have Phillips heads which are not good choice; JIS, Torx, or Hex would be better "user friendly" fasteners. The push-in anchors tend to spin in the anchor pockets which can be quite frustrating. I installed the shed on a concrete pad and everything remained true. I will build a wooden interior frame for shelving and greater structural integrity. For me the shed should be a good fit, but a wooden shed would be stronger and probably less expensive.

A simple email with the attached image of the tiny rain stop part I was missing was all it took to initiate the despatch of the part from the distribution centre. The part arrived within 48hrs doorstep to doorstep via FedEx. Where I live, that would be impressive if it had been ordered and delivered within 48hrs in my own country. The incredible part of all of this is the fact that the part was sent from the other side of the USA and I am in a town called Swindon on the other side of the world (over 5,000 miles away in the United Kingdom)! What an outstanding service... and the part is exactly what I needed too! I am simply in absolute awe of the speed and accuracy of the service. Thank you so much! 😁👍
