I really wanted to like this shoe cabinet because it seems like it would be a nice product once its assembled. Unfortunately, my experience has been very frustrating. When I opened the box, I found that the shelves for the shoe rack were missing, and both back panels were broken and chipped. Ive already contacted customer service, but they said it could take up to two business days just to respond. Its frustrating because I was looking forward to putting this together, and now Im stuck waiting to see how theyll resolve the issue. I just wish everything had been included and arrived undamaged in the first place. Better quality control and packaging would have made this a much better experience.

Do not buy this cabinet. The assembly is a nightmare. The written instructions say “no drill”. In the video instructions the man uses a drill. It is so wobbly that every time you put on a piece the previous pieces fall apart. It’s a nightmare. It came in so much packing material it would be impossible to return. Mine is going into the garbage. Horrible horrible experience.
