Ordered this product due to my love and good luck with Sheesham wood in the past. I was very disappointed to find that these shelves needed to be put together. This would not have been a big deal but the holes that where predrilled were small and did not align properly leading to a great many issues. If you order expect to re-drill and align holes as well as using glue to create a proper hold. Out of the the 12 shelves (different sizes I ordered, only 6 were not cracked, marred, or damaged. All had predrilled hole issues and some where warped. I wanted to love these but found myself frustrated instead. I am not one to complain or create issues but in this case I was very surprised how many issues arose. I am handy and would usually fix issues and move on but if you have ever worked with this wood you would discover it is extremely heavy and dense leading to brittleness making damage difficult to repair.

So pretty! Hard to put together, but worth it!

They are beautiful. They did come with some nasty scratches I had to touch up. They are not visible after installation.

As another review stated, the dimensions noted in the description and on the diagram are wrong. This was a major issue for me. Also some of the screws broke during assembly so additional wood screws had to be purchased and additional holes had to be drilled in the wood. The shelves are otherwise lovely and arrived with no damage.

Just perfect. Beautiful shelves.
