Beautiful Finished Product, Outstanding Customer Support I recently ordered this white fluted double tilt-out trash cabinet, and overall, I have a mixed but ultimately positive review to share regarding the experience.  When the original box arrived, we were excited to assemble it. However, during unboxing and assembly, we noticed several issues. A few pieces were scratched, peeling along the edges, or slightly damaged right out of the box. On top of that, a key assembly part was missing altogether. We decided to put together as much of the cabinet as possible while waiting for the missing replacement part to arrive. Unfortunately, that individual replacement part never ended up arriving.  Feeling stuck, I reached out to Wayfair’s customer service to explain the situation. I have to say, Wayfair did a wonderful job making things right! Once it became clear the single part wasnt coming, their support team immediately stepped up and replaced the entire unit free of hassle. Now that the complete replacement is assembled, I am genuinely happy with how it looks in my space. The white fluted drawer and door panels paired with the modern gold hardware give it a clean, high-end look that hides ugly trash cans seamlessly. The tilt-out function works smoothly, and having the extra top drawers and counter surface is super convenient for extra storage,while the initial quality control and delivery hiccups were frustrating, the final product is beautiful, and Wayfair’s fantastic customer service turned what could have been a bad purchase into a great experience. Worst quality and shipping i have ever had . So disappointed and so difficult to assemble

This could be a great piece but unfortunately fell short in a few areas. We were not given the correct amount of screws to assemble the drawers correctly. The directions were sub-par. It took about 1 hour to assemble everything besides the drawers by myself. Overall, I would not repurchase. Sturdy piece if everything was aligned correctly. I may have gotten a dud, but would not botherrepurchasing.

This cabinet was extremely frustrating to put together. The instructions are inaccurate in many places as well as the parts list; there are parts that are included but not labled in the parts list, and parts listed that don't work - the hinges had some screws in the bag which I believe are for the hardware pieces but are not listed and the screws it tells you to use just don't work - they are not long enough. the screws that do ft the hardware which are not listed are flat and not self tapping and the melemine covers the screw holes so it will need to be drilled or otherwise penetrated before installing the hardware, none of the hardware matches, the knobs are a matte gold the handles are a bright orange gold and the hooks are a bright shiny yellow gold. Regardless, my current trash bins fit in the cabinet and it will give us a couple extra drawers and counter space.

I wanted to give this unit a higher rating but due to the inadequate instruction and the subpar screws provided were inadequate to assemble the unit. It performs as intended with reinforced screws. I do like the gold knobs and it meets my needs.
