[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently switched to the gravity charcoal grill/smoker after my pellet smoker’s auger died. I love the flavor and cook on the gravity series, I’ve made pulled pork, pizzas, while chicken and ribeyes. Everything came out great. The flavor, even cooking and temperature control are fantastic. The overall feel and build quality are great. The WiFi control is easy to use and works great. The cons, the pizza oven makes great tasting pizzas but is cumbersome and hard to store, there’s several pieces to keep track of. Also, the safety shut off switches in both the top fill lid of the hopper and ash door stopped working within one week, both switches are stuck pressed in and don’t operate.

Lasted one year and one month. Faded quickly and has become so brittle that a hard tap with my finger it tears like it was cut with a knife.

I have had this grill cover for only 2 years and it has dried out, faded really bad and torn in multiple locations. It's appears to me the wrong material has been chosen for this application. Worst grill cover I ever bought.

The grill was awesome for about a couple weeks, I had to bypass every single switch went through 4 control panels thermometers never worked, the fan would get clogged, constant work to keep it on the road then one day food tasted bad, then noticed the insulation on the inside was poking through the walls, super bummed because I loved this grille just poorly made when it came to the steel in the hopper and the face plate getting replaced every couple months. Over all loved the grille just upset about the construction and the cancer me and my family may have after consuming insulation for two years

My cover barely lasted one year. It’s now gray, weathered, and cracked. For the price of my smoker, one would think Masterbuilt would offer a strong and durable cover. My smoker, on the other hand, I LOVE it! I haven’t used my BGE since.
