I ordered the hangers in red, the website specifications said they were 16" wide, they were actually 12", totally unacceptable. Adding insult to injury, wayfair wanted to charge $11+ in return shipping. I am on the phone with customer service trying to get the $11+ return charge removed and it has been 15 min so far on hold. All I want is wide trouser hangers in metal.
