Delivery was a little convoluted. System is as pictured. One unit does not line up correctly and therefore one side is a bit higher than the other. screwlocks do not tighten the back tightly to the sides on this unit. Other units were fine. client is pleased

Great system! We bought several components, and they are perfect.

Closet system worked perfectly for our closet. Installation was simple. There was a lot of extra screws and screw locks. The layout of the boxes (5 boxes in total) could be better with an overall instruction manual on which box contains which package. Had to open several boxes before I was able to build the right section. Some negatives - The hanger bars I wish where better quality. They do pop off fairly easily. - the drawers are a bit weird. I wish they screwed directly into the cabinet instead of “floating” inside the unit like a shelf. . Installation was cumbersome of the drawer especially if you put the locking pin in to set the sections together. The floating shelf fits perfectly inside the cabinet however with the pin you have to jam it in there. Overall the unit looks great and functions well for our space. I would have given it 5 stars if the drawer assembly was better, the quality of the hanger bar was better, and if the boxes came with labels for instructions on what box to open first.
