Hi - I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the jewelry box I recently ordered. It was advertised and sold as a brand-new product, yet it arrived with multiple defects and signs of poor quality. Several corners are chipped, exposing the material underneath, there are visible scuffs and marks on the finish, the paint quality is inconsistent, and the drawers are unevenly aligned. These are not minor cosmetic imperfections - they are obvious defects that significantly affect the appearance and quality of the item. I specifically purchased a new product because I expected it to arrive in excellent condition. Instead, I received an item that looks damaged and poorly manufactured. It is frustrating to spend time waiting for delivery only to receive something that is unacceptable right out of the box. Based on the condition in which it arrived, I have no confidence in the overall quality or durability of the product. I am requesting a full refund and will be returning the item. I have attached photos documenting the damage and quality issues. This has been a very disappointing purchasing experience.
