Shelves are fine, a bit rough to the touch, color exactly as shown. Just put them up so can’t comment on how sturdy they’ll be, but the mounting hardware seemed substantial. Wayfair customer service on the other hand gets a big fat ZERO STARS. I applied $69 reward dollars to this purchase, but instead of reducing the invoice amount the reward dollars vanished into thin air. Chatted with a customer service rep that same day, they issued a ticket to finance and assured me I’d see a refund on my credit card statement. Didn’t happen so I called customer service. They issued another ticket to the blackhole of finance and assured me I’d hear back in two days. Again, didn’t happen. IF YOU USE REWARD DOLLARS CHECK YOUR INVOICE CAREFULLY.
