Poor quality ladder. I can’t believe something like this could be sold and approved to be sold. This ladder was poorly made by the manufacturer, it came with deep cracks and other defects that are sad to look at. Also, it was shipped only wrapped in a little bit of bubble wrap, and the mailing box. So, it is clear that wayfair staff saw the product before shipping it to me. I am sad to write this review but ……. It is necessary I think. Very disappointing. .
