The trash can had two big dents in it. I tried the customer service number and no one answered. I then reached out to the email address that was provided 4 days ago - no response. Very disappointed- I will try and contact them again.

While the box was in perfect condition, there is a large crunch (dent) in the lower side. It was quite upsetting. I am 73 and it is quite an inconvenience to returned damaged goods. What is the next step
