The shelf arrived broken the first time we got it but Wayfair kindly sent us another at no additional cost. The second shelf we received was in better condition but one of the metal bars was loose (one can twist it around and turn the square wall hook about). However, this won’t impact the shelf’s functionality or stability once it is hung up. It looks exactly as pictured.
