Love this cabinet. Very high quality look in person and will highly recommend it. Any finger prints appear easy to wipe off with cloth.

The top mirror was broken upon delivery. I still decided to assemble it and it wasn't easy. Instructions are tiny. Update: I finally figured out how to contact customer service with my complaint. They don't make it easy. Via text I was able to negotiate a partial refund. Initially it was a tiny refund, insultingly so as it is really visible. I'll just drape something over the top mirror. But I'm somewhat happy with what we worked out. Cabinet itself if it wasn't broken is a fantastic piece of furniture.

I like it very much, because it is so beautiful , but Ive only had them for a week, and suddenly the glass fell down, luckily my kids werent nearby. Now I dont know how to deal with this cabinet I rate 1 star because it is not safe

Instructions were not super clear. And some screws were very difficult to tighten. We hope it holds up. Update we were worried about the screws holding up but we haven’t even put it to use yet, I was showing it to someone and the glass panel literally came off in my hand. Thank goodness I caught it before it crashed to the floor. Product is beautiful! Think this will be perfect in our teenagers new room. We will make sure to secure to the wall. We tried putting it in her current room but with the carpet it was VERY tipsy and wouldn’t stay upright.

This shoe cabinet is complete and utter garbage. I have put together dozens of pieces of furniture in my life and this one is by far the worst one I have ever had the displeasure of assembling. Not only are the instructions completely awful (missed steps, tiny images) but there are places where you need to screw in some pieces but they're blocked by the drawers that you have already installed, so the only way to screw them in is if you have a 90 degree screwdriver that will fit into that spot - I happen to have had one but most people probably don't, and the instructions do not say that you need one. But the absolute worst part is that the pieces don't actually fit together. The photos I've uploaded don't even come close to showing what a complete nightmare this was and how bad it looked once it was complete. When putting the side pieces on, we actually had to saw about 1/4 off of one of the flat back panels because it was the only way to get it to fit together. The last parts that needed to go on were the two end pieces, and to no one's surprise they also didn't fit properly. Giant gaps were left between those pieces and the side pieces so there are holes on the sides that look terrible. It took about 5 hours for 2 people to put this together because of all of the issues, and once it was done there was absolutely no way I was going to tolerate having paid $300 for something that looks like it was built by a 5 year old. Please, save yourself the pain and skip this piece and purchase something else. Maybe I was unlucky and got one that was poorly manufactured and the other ones are OK, but is it worth the risk?
