It does eventually go together in some semblance of carport shape. However, you will have to drill holes because so many of theirs don't line up properly. There's 4 cross beams for the roof early on, like step 2 or 3. I realized something was wrong when the 2nd cross beam could not be attached. Swapped with a different bar, perfect. Did the third with the remaining bar, perfect. Held up the bar that wouldn't connect to compare. The hole was about a full cm away from where it was meant to be drilled on the bar. Fine, drilled a new hole in the bar, mounted cross beam. Tried to contact the manufacturer (not wayfair, whatever dingleberrys sold it to them). After days of back and forth me sending photo evidence and them just saying they needed more photos so they could "see what I'm doing wrong," I ghosted them. You can't tell me that there are 4 bars labeled C in a box and 3 of them have holes at a specific location and the last one being a cm off is somehow my fault. Instructions have no words all pictures. Which is kind of understandable if you recognize that they're probably selling to other places with other languages. Except that there's one part that says you have to measure the diagonals of the rectangle that the frame will make and if they are not equal, you can't continue. No recommendations on how to fix it and at the beginning it says something about only be built on level ground. Well shockingly my yard is not level and even if there was a level spot to build it, I'd then what have to carry the thing a quarter of a mile to the final location? It's solid metal. I had to use a tractor to drag the box out of the shed. I'm not carrying it across my land. We loosened every bolt to make it so we could yank and maneuver the rectangle into being as perfect as we could then started installing roof panels. This is where you need extra hands, the patience of a saint, and eventually your drill. We did all the roof panels except the last row ones where it connects along the sides. It's miserable. None of the holes line up between the panels or the beams you are screwing the panels to. Because they are self tapping screws, you have to put all your body weight into tapping the hole until they pop through. Several times they will wobble and slam your hands into boiling hot black roof panels. When we got to the last row of roof panels the instructions say it's 5 screws per panel, there's only three holes. At that point, I didn't care and just started drilling. Oh but btw that last part where I had to drill all the holes, I'm doing that from a ladder because you are supposed to put the legs on before the last row of roof panels. Seems easier in theory but it was not. We waited until all the roof panels were secure, then fifteenth all the bolts from the very beginning. Also added our own weights (cinder blocks) because we live in a high wind area.

Is well build for the price but I wouldn’t recommend this for a windy areas I live in Palmdale ca and is always windy here but other that that is a good product instructions are not the best but you can do it.

Just as described. Boxes came in a little damaged from FedEx and roof panels had visible scratches on it. Overall great product and pretty sturdy. Didn’t get enough washers to finish build. Had to buy additional to finish. Took about 10 hours to build with some help.

Our last carport bought from another co. Did not survive the major storms that came through our area. We now have metal ones which are sturdier and built better I love them!!

My husband and our friend easily set it up in an afternoon. Now I have a carport for my car. So Happy
