Have not tried the Ironh seem’s I will like it. My Issue was the packaging. The Iron box was open not properly sealed. The box that it came in was crushed , was not a box that was well put together. Totally not a proper box to ship an Iron. Tape looked like it was taken apart and put back together. If Fedx takes pictures to prove the product was delivered they should handle paid packages from Wayfair customers with a little more finesse.

This is the BEST steam iron I have ever had!!

It is wonderful. I love the weight of it. It holds the steam very well and I am enjoying it at the moment especially when steam pressing my Cashmere sweaters which is a lot. It was why I needed a weighty steam iron for my Cashmeres. It works. They look awesome. Beats going to the dry cleaners. Thank you Wayfair, for coming through for me.
