The first one received was really in sorry shape - the bottom rim was broken off, there was a tear in the fabric on one side. Wayfair is awesomely customer-focused, so they made it right, and the second one arrived undamaged. It's still on the fragile side - and lightweight - for something this spendy, but I like the look and the size is terrific in the den - matches the large desk very well.
