This arrived and the outside packaging was acceptable. Flimsy plastic bag but not torn. Then, I opened it. I was clearly sent an item that had been previously returned. The pieces for 2 of the baskets were haphazardly placed in the original plastic bag. The ribbon that was originally meant to hole them in a nice little bundle waws crumpled and shoved in between the top 2 baskets and the bottom ones. Then, I started to look at assembly. The metal parts that are meant to be the structure and hold the basket together are very hard to find in the woven covering. One pf the pieces was missing half of the fasteners. There are a lot of loose places where the covering is not attached to anything, so just loose strands. There are also places where the covering has gaps, so it looks like holes. It seems clear why these were returned previously. I ordered what I believed to be a new product, not something that had been returned. I don't know if the problems were original to construction, or things that happened when the previous purchaser tried to put it together.
