I got this yesterday and put it together in about two hours. The instructions were clear and straightforward so no issues there. As soon as I finished putting it together I wanted to write a review, but decided to sleep on it and move it around the apartment a little hoping that maybe I’m missing something and the five star reviews are actually right. They are not, and I’ll explain why. Let’s start with the pictures of the product, which are professional pictures, expected I guess, but they must have been also touched up. Although it is the same product it simply doesn’t look the same in person. The mirrors, as mentioned in other reviews, are not real, don’t look real, and can’t actually be used as mirrors. It’s also incredibly unstable and not sturdy at all. It genuinely feels like it’s going to fall apart every time you open one of the shoes compartments ( yes, the screws have been tightened up properly). If you have kids, or jumpy pets, even anchored, I wouldn’t trust this piece of furniture around them. The back is “unfinished”. It came with two panels which only cover part of the back. It might not matter to some people, but personally I don’t care for furniture like that. Wayfair has some nice, quality furniture, but this one is not that. This is that piece of furniture you can buy from those incredibly cheap furniture stores. If you’re looking for a nice shoe cabinet, keep on looking and don’t waste your money on this one. Even on sale, for the money you can absolutely get something more sturdy and less tacky.

This product is not actual glass. It looks super wavy and not flat. The sticky protector leaves residue that is impossible to take off.

Terrible product. All the mirrors have a substance that cannot be removed. Customer service only offered a partial refund as replacement parts not available.

Bad quality, it doesn’t stand straight you must mount it to the wall. Spaces are very narrow between the shelves.

The mirrors are like looking in a mirror at a carnival they are are not glass they are cheap tin and came with small dents. A total waste of money. If I hadn’t already assembled it would definitely be a return. If you wear a women’s size 10 your shoes won’t fit. A men’s gym shoe bigger than 9 will fit one pair on a shelf sideways. This definitely NOT worth the money or the time to assemble it . I gave it one star but it didn’t deserve any stars.
