I received my shoe storage cabinet today. I unpackaged it. And the wooden top was damaged, as was the carton. It looks like it was taped over this lit in the carton, but it didn't help from damaging the wood top

Love it once I got it put together!!

I love this. Common use shoes go under the seat, which rarely gets pushed in. Tall shoes, like rain boots, go on the open shelves. Kid shoes and adults shoes both go in the closed cabinet with an odor eliminator or two. Im adding hooks to either side for additional sweatshirt or broom storage to fit in our recessed entry closet. Some 5 plastic baskets on top are a catch-all for small things. This was an excellent solution for our drop zone.

While there are a couple of cabinet shelves that are adjustable, you better know exactly where you want them before putting the doors on. The doors are inset, so once they are on, the shelves are too long to take in and out or move position. The doors use spring loaded hinges and there doesn't seem to be a way to remove them once they are placed. Now I have an extra shelf I have to store somewhere in my house because I can't get it in the cabinet. The right side cabinet door has an issue that prevented the hinge from going in fully, so now that door sits higher than the other one which makes the whole cabinet look a bit wonky. While most of the unit is very sturdy, the right side wall feels wobbly. I'm assuming this is due to the lack of a horizontal support at the base due to the rolling bench. Also, the cabinet doors are terribly flimsy. I think my dog's wagging tail is going to put a hole in them.

Cute and easy to put together. Can fit a lot of shoes in it as long as they aren’t tall boots. Kind of wish the shelf option on the side had more sizing choices. But perfect for what I need. Bench is great too! Took off a star for shelving options and lack of color options
