My box arrived damaged, and after taking a closer look, it seems the issue was due to the packaging. The item was shipped in a soft cardboard box with only corner protection, leaving the sides exposed and easy to crush during transit. However, as soon as I contacted Wayfair and sent pictures, they handled everything quickly. They offered me a refund or a replacement, and the replacement worked out great. I really appreciate their fast and helpful customer service.
