Does not work at all for a pull-out basket. The whole thing would need to be secured to the shelf, and even then, the basket was hard to make work. I'll use them for small storage, but not for the pull-out aspect.

Fantastic closet and pantry baskets! I really like this sturdy wire baskets. They arrived quickly and take just a few seconds to snap together. The 1-page instructions are very easy to understand and use. Once snapped, they're suprisingly rugged. The wire construction is very solid and heavy. They also stack easily and have screws that can be secured into a wall to ensure that the units won't tip when using them. They're simple to wipe off for cleaning and fold-down in seconds for easy storage when not in use. I like that they're very open and easy to see into and to get items out of...but also have a small front lip in the front to help to make sure that nothing falls out. I also like the size of these baskets...they easily fit on shelves but can hold a surprising amount. I am using them for holding my purses and makeup bags in my closet and they're perfect. I highly recommend this three-tier set and I'll be buying more to help with my pantry organization. Great product!

I love this as it has cobributed to my organization obsessesion. I would recomend it to anyone looking to elevate there closets at home. No waisted space. Small space no problem. I love this as I can store more things on my shelf.

These stackable baskets are great. I have them on a shelf in my closet and I am keeping sweaters in them. They keep things organized and easily accessible five stars.
