Comfortably holds 5 pairs of size 7 shoes per rack. Works perfectly in my closet. directions left little to be desired and some of the posts were scratched up, but since it’s hidden in my closet I don’t mind. 40 seems like a lot for this, but I’m keeping it.

Once put together, it's surprisingly sturdy and holds a lot of shoes without wobbling.
