One of the poles went bent which made assembly more difficult than expected. Once that was overcome it was easy to assemble. The unit is sturdy and offers lots is storage space.

Had the incorrect screw nuts, which were also plastic, for the metal posts. Its also not heavy duty. Hence, the one star. However, this is the 2nd order from Wayfair in less than two months with critical missing parts for assembly. I waited for replacement parts on the first order but was not willing to do so again. I also found it offensive that they offered a 25% refund and I could keep the shelving that was totally useless with improper parts for assembly. I had to ne forthright and say I wanted to return it for a complete refund. That was jot an issue so why first insult me with a 25% back offer to keep it? I haven't used Wayfair for a couple of years and prior to this, I've never had any issues with orders.
