It does the job! At first I thought the pegs on the vertical bars didn’t fit at all into the slots on the layer boards; it turns out they do but you need to jam them in there HARD. There’s no screws/nails; the rack is held together by tenon & mortise joints, so the pressure/tension/tightness is supposed to be like that. The rack ends up surprisingly sturdy, and a nice compact size for a small space. The layer boards themself look kinda cheap, but that’s fine.
