Easy to assemble. Like the metal as opposed to other plastic options. It’s a little lightweight/flimsy feeling which I don’t think would matter but we are hanging over the top of a door, and the rack sort of slides down on the hooks, away from the surface of the door. It’s not the hugest deal but it makes it bounce a little, in an annoying way, when your open or shut the door.

This over door shoe organizer works great. I like that this is different than plastic bins, so the shoes don’t get mashed flat. Easy to put together!

I did not get all the parts to assemble my shoe rack. I cannot use it without the clips that each rack fits into. The package was severely damaged when I got it, so I am sure that particular bag of parts fell out! Is there anyway to get another back of 12 clips?

I really needed this. I bought this and another model from Wayfair, and there's no going back. The shoe hangers with the vinyl pockets just don't cut it, the open design of these is far superior.
