The bin is not square. It’s more of a very small, rectangle. Disappointing.

I may have had a use for this (generally looking for a smaller, lighter basket in which to transfer wet laundry from my building laundry room to my drying rack) but it arrived CRACKED because it was shoved into a box that was smaller than the item. Very disappointed. The material itself it sort of stiff (though flexible) whereas I expected it to feel more like a rubbery plastic. Way overpriced for what it is. Decent color. Oh well.
