I think it is nice, and appears sturdy, which is great. I took off 2 stars because I think it's very over priced even with the 10% off sale and the dark "finish" on it scratches off very easily when you slide the hangers back and forth. The one that I have that is just chrome without a painted/sprayed on finish doesn't do that. I will say that it arrived very quickly, which is rare these days.
