Disappointed. The first time I order from Wayfair and my order is incorrect. I ordered the white and received the silver, the boxes were torn and somewhat mangled, but product seems okay so far, though it's still in the box. I haven't decided whether I should return it for the correct one or not. I'm just disappointed in that I took a chance on ordering from you a specific color item and received a different one.

Works well for short people like me. Would not recommend putting too heavy outfits in one area. Overall two stars were taken off because we were missing parts out from 2 out of 6 boxes and have yet to get replacements or acknowledgements.

Love this! Works really well, nice and sturdy. Installed it in a super tall closet to make use of all the space.
