Porte-bottes télescopique Rebrilliant

I retrofitted this into a closet by design custom add since it fit the rods perfectly

I really wanted to love this product. The concept is great and I’ve never seen anything like it. Upon assembly several plastic pieces were easily broken with barely any pressure. Once hung onto wall ( leaving out broken pieces ) and loaded with boots the cross beams twist and I’m not confident they will hold the weight of three pairs of cowboy boots considering they’re already bending forward so much. Hopefully they update this product with some stronger materials. As you can see in the photo they sag forward so much so you can pretty much only see the soles of the boots, also making it not as compact as I intended it to be.

It took me a little while to get to putting it together. I was missing parts and the parts don’t go together per the instructions. I contacted Wayfair but it had been more than 30 days so they wouldn’t help. I contacted the manufacturer and they can’t help me unless Wayfair contacts them directly. Total waste of money.
