Do not drive screws into anchors until FINAL mount - they cannot be removed without damaging the drywall - the anchors simply spin in place. Ended up prying out anchor, patching, and re-drilling. Quite a mess. Rubbermaid should have provided different anchors - or included a warning!

Whole this kit is nice because it gives you most of the hardware you need, it is incredibly frustrating to use. First there are no instructions whatsoever on which screws to use for which parts or how big of a drill bit you will need, or how to use the drywall anchors. Useless. Also there is no piece needed to use the drywall anchors as I found out after searching the Internet for instruction on them. I would be more than willing to pay a little more to know how to properly use your product.

The kits seems fine, but despite coming with many wall anchors, there is no wall anchor "key" or "push pin" to engage the anchors. I purchased two hardware kits. Neither package had them.

I am just now installing this system and initially ran into a hiccup assembling the shoe cubby. Now I cannot figure out how to hang the rails with the hardware pack. I think you may have to be a professional handyman to this correctly. I really wish they included or had online access to installation instructions. Other than that, the product seems durable if I can figure out how to get it on the wall!

Wall anchors for the shelves are the most ridiculous contraptions I've ever seen. Poor documentation, horrible illustration, no videos for support except for infomercials... frustrating experience all around, but I'm sure it'll look great once it's done. Very frustrated in the meantime. Not easy.
