I’m not sure if I was sent the wrong product or if the description is simply incorrect. The rods for the shoe rack that I received are plastic, not metal. Not the best quality plastic either. It’ll get the job done, but absolutely not what I was hoping for. However, it does seem like it will hold 20 pairs of shoes for me. I am between a men’s 11 and 12 and was able to fit two pair pairs of sneakers side-by-side.

Fits much more than 20 pairs and it’s very sturdy. This was a breeze to put together once you get the hang of it, it took me about an hour.

Very easy to assemble and a great way to organize my small space. Fits perfectly in the corner of my closet. Sturdy and I was able to fit 20 pairs of shoes.
