When I bought the 27 pair metal shoe rack, I thought it would be good for my shoes but the metal got bent and the connectors got broken. It was a good thing that I had purchased the 3 year warranty with it! I received back all my money and did not have to send the broken shoe rack back. Thanks Wayfair and Square Trade!

It’s hard to find a tall shoe rack with a cover, but this is a perfect fit

This was the perfect addition (at a good price) to a large closet. It went together very easily but the quality was lacking. Every “shelf” needed to be taped due to gashes in the fabric. It should have been returned but time was of the essence. In the end it worked out well but it’s annoying when you have to repair an item before you use it.
