Loved that this came already assembled. Great size when expanded and compact enough to tuck into a crevice in the laundry room. Easy to expand and compress, figured it out without looking at the instructions. Would highly recommend this item.

This is so much better than the last two racks we have had and had to throw out because they broke apart. Very easy to use and love that it has two strong metal hooks to latch it with rather than depending on plastic caps at the ends of the rods like the old ones. There is room in the shelves to dry flat a sweater! And it folds up so nice and small, it tucks right next to our washer and completely out of the way.

It is a little tricky to fold/unfold, but provides plenty of drying space. I like that the racks can support drying garments flat or for hanging items.

Perfect size and durable for all my drying needs.

I'm pleased with the quality of the product and the timely delivery.
