J’ai retourné l’article. Semblait assez solide et bien fonctionner, mais les crochets étaient noirs plutôt qu’argent brossés, alors ne s’agençait pas avec le reste de ma salle à lavage (poignées d’armoires, robinetterie, luminaire…). En plus, de la colle séchée était apparente sur toute une section de l’item, pas vraiment chouette étant donné le prix élevé de celui-ci.

Arrived broken in half. They sent a replacement -- that also arrived broken. Regretfully, I didn't open the box right away, so now I'm past the 30-day refund window. Pretty annoying stuff, man. I don't recommend buying this product.

We are happy with the size and look of this piece but were disappointed by the construction of it. All of the arms are held in by glue and one came apart the first time I opened it. The frame is also held together by glue and dowel rods and one of the dowel rods broke so we needed to glue a corner back together.

It’s perfect for my laundry room

The rack is well built. The only issue I see is that the two screws at the top is not enough. When pulling the pieces out, the bottom of the unit comes up off the wall.
