What else can I say We need all the storage that we need because we have so much junk. But I love my junk. But I gotta go through my junk so that I can put it in my storage above my car.

The installation appointment was set without my knowledge or approval. I had to race home from the grocery store because the guy was at my house. The product that was ordered hadn’t arrived yet. He didn’t even know what the product was. Luckily I had bought two so he could install the first one that arrived a few days earlier (without installation). The installation was not smooth. The guy didn’t communicate well and he kept saying he had to come back another day because he needed different tools or wood or bolts. After 5.5 hours the one rack is up and I just returned the other. It’s also hanging very crooked. I’ll have to make that adjustment. I regret the purchase and the installation. Should have just built shelves.

Very sturdy, very well built. Build instructions are exact. I plan to purchase a second storage rack.

This is a lifesaver! I have 12 foot ceilings in my garage and it’s too cumbersome to get on a ladder to get the stuff you need once a year (tires, seasonal decorations etc)

We used this in our back office to get more vertical storage and works well. Takes a while to raise and lower since it’s manual but it’s nothing we can’t handle.
