At first I had trouble setting up the bottom part, but it just takes some strength. The bottom part takes work to make it stay together. Assembly is otherwise simple and its so cute affordable. Perfect for small rooms and is adjustable as well! UPDATE Mine collapsed so be mindful you cant hang every things on it at all. They have to be very lightweight clothes as the bottom poles always come out and the top poles dont stay put. I got a refund. It's not sturdy enough. It was otherwise cute and helpful.
